<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;">Lavare e asciugare i due stinchi, quindi passare su tutta la superficie del burro morbido,insaporendoli con abbondante sale e pepe.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;">Adagiare in una teglia con l’olio insieme a due spicchi d’aglio, alle foglioline di un rametto di rosmarino e <span> </span>timo.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;">Metterli nel forno già caldo a 180°. Lasciarli cuocere per<span>  </span>due ore abbondanti, girandoli spesso in modo che prendano una doratura uniforme, bagnandoli ogni tanto con un cucchiaio di vino bianco secco e con il fondo di cottura.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;">Quando gli stinchi saranno pronti, lasciarli in caldo nel forno tiepido fino al momento di portarli in tavola.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;">Mettere nel mixer tutto il sugo contenuto nella teglia ,f</span><span style="font-size:11pt;">rullarlo fino ad avere una salsa liscia e fluida e versarla in una piccola casseruola. Regolarla di  sale e scaldarla lentamente, all’ultimo momento alzare il bollore e servirla caldissima insieme alla carne.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;">Mettere gli stinchi interi in un grande piatto da portata e affettarli in tavola al momento di servirli, con la salsa a parte.</span></p>

Cuocerla quindi al forno a 200 gradi per 15 minuti. Nel frattempo, per preparare la guarnizione,  lavorare con la frusta uova e zucchero, unire la buccia grattugiata dei 2 limoni e il succo di mezzo limone. Aggiungere quindi il burro fuso, le mandorle e il restante succo di limone. Versare il composto sulla pasta e proseguire la cottura a fuoco medio in forno per 30 minuti.</span></span></span></p>

Mettete in forno caldo a 180° per circa 30 minuti. Intanto mescolare a parte 4 cucchiai di nutella con 200g di mascarpone<br />
Una volta che la torta sarà fredda tagliatela a metà e farcitela con la crema di nutella e mascarpone.<br />
La torta va in frigo, ma va tirata fuori qualche minuto prima di servirla.<br />
&#8230;..è un ottimo rimedio per un invito a cena improvviso!!!!</span></p>

<p><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Preparazione</span></b></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Fate a fettine sottili le mele ma tenetene da parte una. Ricordate di spremerci sopra il succo di limone altrimenti la renetta si annerisce. Fate la pastella con le uova e lo zucchero aiutandovi con la frusta (sconsigliato ai soggetti con tendenze masochiste); poi aggiungete la frutta secca, la farina, il lievito e la scorza del limone. Preparate una teglia di circa di 20 cm, imburrate o margarinate e ricoprite di pangrattato. Versate la pastella nella teglia e poi fate uno strato ordinato con la mela lasciata da parte tagliata a fettine sottilissime. Spolverare con zucchero di canna e mettere in forno già caldo a 180° per 50 minuti circa.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Verdana;">In una padella far rosolare a fuoco moderato il pollo con un po&#8217; di olio, cipolla e sale. Quando avrà raggiunto la doratura, sfumare con un goccio di vino bianco. Poi, aggiungere le mele tagliate a cubetti e il curry. Coprire con il coperchio e girare di tanto in tanto. Quando le mele hanno formato una crema il piatto è pronto.</span></p>

<p><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Ingredienti per 4 persone:</span></b></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Verdana;">400 gr. di conchiglioni<br />
300 gr. di pomodori pachino<br />
300 gr. di tonno rosa<br />
un mazzo di prezzemolo<br />
uno spicchio di aglio<br />
un goccio di vino rosso<br />
una manciata di olive nere di gaeta</span></p>
<p><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Preparazione</span></b></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Portare ad ebollizione una grossa pentola di acqua salata. Nel frattempo lavare e tagliare a metà i pomodorini e metterli in una padella insieme all&#8217;aglio e ad un po&#8217; di olio. Far cuocere per circa 10 minuti a fuoco moderato con il coperchio, poi aggiungere il tonno, le olive e il vino rosso; togliere il coperchio e lasciare ad insaporire il tutto per altri 10 minuti. Quando la pasta sarà cotta (rigorosamente al dente!), metterla nel padellone del sugo. Girare aggiungendo il prezzemolo sminuzzato.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Verdana;">1 Cucchiaio Senape </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Verdana;">1 Cucchiaio Erbe Aromatiche Miste </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Verdana;">60 G</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> Burro </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Sale </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Pepe</span></p>
<p><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Preparazione:</span></b></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Cospargete le bracioline con la senape e salatele, pepatele ed impanatele col pangrattato mescolato alle erbe. Doratele in metà burro (15 g), a fiamma bassa 10 minuti girandole un paio di volte. Levatele dalla padella e tenetele in caldo. Unite al burro rimanente , gli scalogni tritati. Rimettete la carne nella padella e fatela insaporire per 3-4 minuti.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Verdana;">preparare una vinagrette con olio sale e aceto balsamico. Condire il songino con la vinagrette e aggiungere le scaglie di parmigiano e i pinoli. Foderare una terrina con le fette di prosciutto, riempire col songino condito e quindi chiudere il fagottino col prosciutto stesso. Togliere delicatamente i fagottini dalla terrina, disporli in un piatto e spruzzare con la vinagrette e aggiungere una pioggia di parmigiano e pinoli. Guarnire il piatto con palline di caprino passate nel pangrattato precedentemente aromatizzato con la cannella.</span></p>
